Administrator's statement on the processing of personal data (GDPR)

Information on the processing of personal data according to the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (GDPR) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data.

I. Administrator of personal data (hereinafter referred to as "administrator")

The administrator of personal data is Ideacollective, s.r.o., Tuřanka 1519/115a, 627 00 Slatina, Brno, Czech Republic, IČO: 01416880. To exercise your rights in the area of personal data, you can contact us via the e-mail address: blazek@ideacollective.cz or by post at Tuřanka 1519/115a, 627 00 Slatina, Brno.

Ideacollective s.r.o. processes personal data in accordance with European Union law, in particular in accordance with Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) No. 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on free movement of this data, and further in accordance with Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data.

 

The legal reason for the processing of your personal data is the fact that this processing is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract between you and the Administrator.

II. Scope of personal data processing

Personal data is processed to the extent that the data subject has provided it to the Controller, in connection with newsletter subscription, electronic communication to published email addresses and statistical monitoring of attendance.

III. Source of personal data

The personal data we process is obtained directly from data subjects as part of registration on our website, through social networks and electronic communication. When you visit our website, no personal data is collected automatically and we do not perform any profiling.

Cookies

However, when you visit our website, we automatically collect non-personal information listed in browser cookies. Cookies are small text files that a website places in the cookie file of a web browser. When you return to our website, the browser sends the cookie back to the server, and the server retrieves all the information you saved in your browser, such as your password or login name. Cookies are used by the vast majority of websites today.

 

You can block, limit or delete cookies directly in your browser at any time. If you don't know how, please use your browser's help.

IV. What personal data we collect

We process when you register to subscribe to the newsletter

  1. e-mail adress

  2. IP address

Such processing is enabled by Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a) Regulations. The sending of the newsletter is provided by our company, we send commercial messages based on your subscription. Unsubscribing is possible using the "Unsubscribe" link, which is part of every newsletter sent.

 

When communicating via e-mail, we process the following data:

  1. name or nickname

  2. e-mail adress

  3. other possible personal data that you voluntarily fill in the text of your message

The processing of personal data obtained by e-mail communication is permitted by Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a) Regulation - your consent.

 

V. Method of processing and protection of personal data

The administrator declares that personal data are processed only for the stated purpose. Your personal data is technically and procedurally secured in such a way that unauthorized or accidental access to personal data, their alteration, destruction or loss, unauthorized transmission, as well as other misuse cannot occur. All data provided during customer registration are stored in encrypted form using current security standards.

VI. Categories of processors and recipients of personal data

Our web portal is not the processor of personal data. We share information about how you use our website via Google analytics and Google Adwords with Google (Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). The company has signed up to the Privacy Shield. Goole is both a controller and a processor.

VII. How long we keep your personal data

E-mail communication is stored by default for a maximum of 3 years from the last communication, unless a business contract is concluded.

 

VIII. Rights of data subjects

Please note that under the Regulation you have the right to:

  • request information from us on what personal data we process,

  • request a copy of the processed personal data,

  • request access to this data and have it updated or corrected

  • request us to delete your personal data
